All tasks are associated with real business cases

At Henley, we structure the curriculum so that it is centered on ethical challenges and real-world business decisions.

Our executive MBA program is meant to help you and the business you work for.

Henley approaches learning in a practical way. We stress that you ought to be able to apply what you have learnt right away in the workplace.

You develop strategic thinking and behavior so that you can influence others at work. The exercises evaluate your practical application of the principles you have studied. Your ability to put the theories into practice in your own business will determine how well you are evaluated.

You must demonstrate awareness of your own style of leadership and the difficulties you face in the training. You participate by sharing your knowledge and concepts. We contribute with our global expertise in business management and the most recent ideas. Together, we investigate the immediate and long-term effects on your workplace.

Team-based learning

In the executive MBA program at Henley, we value cooperation and educational discourse. High levels of contact and group learning are necessary.

Because of this, we place you in small study groups where you can learn alongside other students while still advancing your area of expertise.

Henley's students are diverse in terms of their industry backgrounds, skill sets, personal preferences, and cultural backgrounds. The groups have difficulties as a result, but they also have the chance to share their expertise and benefit from one another's perspectives and experiences.

Evaluations & Grades

A grade is sometimes provided for an assignment in the form of a percentage along with a classification, such as a pass, merit, or distinction. Others only offer "passed" or "revised" grades. You will get a brief personalized comment as feedback on your written work in both situations. Your ability to apply the ideas and theories you have learned to a practical situation at work will be evaluated.

E-learning og E-library

The course extensively makes use of Henley's distinctive online learning environment and library. You have access to a virtual study space where you may obtain electronic content for all management disciplines in addition to traditional instruction and group projects. A variety of materials are available in the electronic library, including commercial databases of financial data about businesses, news, research, scholarly journals, and works written by Henley personnel.

Accreditations & ECTS points

One of the few academic institutions in the world, Henley Business School has earned triple accreditation from the European EQUIS, British AMBA, and American AACSB institutes of higher education.

You will earn 90 "European" ECTS points at the master's level, or 180 British CATS points when you complete your executive MBA at Henley.

You can complete your international MBA locally because Henley's workshops are mostly held in our facilities on Fiolstraede in Copenhagen. Workshops typically take place once a month and last one to four full days.
